Product Overview
Shiny Unite manufactures EPDM O-rings with excellent performance in water, steam and polar solvents, as well as strong resistance to ozone, sunlight and UV radiation. EPDM is a natural fit for outdoor, water-exposed and weather-exposed sealing applications.
Material & Construction
Our EPDM O-rings are available in a hardness range of 53 to 90 Shore A, with a service temperature range of -50°C to 200°C. Special compounds can be supplied, including FDA-grade, WRC-grade and NSF-grade materials where required.

Technical Considerations
EPDM has poor resistance to petroleum oils and fuels, so it is not recommended for oil-sealing applications. For oil resistance, NBR or FKM should be selected instead.
